Adult Evaluations
Our comprehensive adult psychiatric evaluations are available in person or via secure Zoom for your convenience. These 45–60 minute assessments provide an in-depth review of both medical and psychiatric symptoms, ensuring a thorough understanding of your history, current concerns, and overall mental health needs. Each evaluation is designed to create a clear, personalized path forward for treatment and care.
Therapy & Care Coordination
While many patients engage in therapy with trusted community providers, Dr. Langan conducts therapy in select situations when clinically appropriate. She also maintains strong professional relationships with experienced therapists throughout the community and works closely with them to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care. This collaborative approach supports continuity, clear communication, and the best possible outcomes for each patient.
Child & Adolescent Psychiatric Evaluations
Comprehensive evaluations for children and adolescents are typically conducted over two sessions to ensure a thorough and thoughtful assessment. The first appointment is held with parents or guardians to review developmental, medical, academic, and behavioral history. The second session is conducted in person with the child to assess emotional, behavioral, and psychiatric functioning. This two-step process allows for a well-rounded understanding and individualized treatment recommendations.
ADHD Assessment & Evaluation
ADHD evaluations are comprehensive and tailored to assess attention, executive functioning, academic performance, and behavioral patterns. The process includes parent consultation and direct evaluation of the child. In accordance with state practice guidelines, the assessment portion must be conducted in person to ensure clinical accuracy and appropriate diagnosis. Recommendations are provided following a thorough review of findings and clinical observations.
